A few years ago, during Covid actually, I realised how important it is to slow down and reconnect with nature.
It became apparent to me that we all live in such a fast paced and busy world, filled with technology and mayhem, we often forget about the simplicity of the day to day.
With my passion for organising and creating beautiful events, along with bringing people together, I realised the significance of Health and Wellbeing retreats, to encourage those who want to slow down, take a breath and allow themselves the space and time to reflect and renew.
