What affects one, affects the other.”

Health & Wellbeing
A few years ago, while immersed in the fast-paced world of luxury events—always moving, always “on”—I realised something vital: I needed to slow down. That shift began simply, with walking.
What started as a way to find space and breathe became a deeply grounding practice. I would walk for hours across the South Downs National Park and beyond, immersing myself in the landscape, reconnecting with nature, and with myself. I’m fortunate to call the South Downs home, and through walking, I came to know its quiet magic—and the incredible healing power of simply putting one foot in front of the other.
That experience shaped everything that followed.
Every retreat I now run begins with a long, purposeful walk. It’s the heart of the day—an invitation to arrive, to let go, and to reconnect. Walking allows us to slow our thoughts, tune into our surroundings, and return to ourselves in the most natural way. It’s where presence begins.
Alongside walking, I bring in practices that have supported my own wellbeing journey—yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and simple, nourishing food made with seasonal, local produce. My aim is to create a space that’s deeply restorative and rooted in nature. A chance to step away from the noise, reflect inwardly, and come back to life feeling lighter, more grounded, and more you.
These retreats are for everyone—women and men alike—and for anyone seeking a moment of calm, connection, and clarity.
If you’d like to know more, I’d love to hear from you. Alternatively, see the list of upcoming retreats below.
